This book challenges teenage girls to reflect on their role in the world, set goals despite the naysaying and prejudice of others, push past limiting boundaries, and fulfill their dreams for a badass future of then-own design. It is filled with inspirational quotes from notable Black women who challenged the status quo and set their own standards for success. It also includes personal letters and insights from the author, M.J. Fievre, a successful badass Black woman and entrepreneur in her own right.

The journal’s daily affirmations and reflections are designed to help Black girls see the limitless possibilities of the future. It tackles topics such as family and friends, school and careers, body image, and stereotypes.
