Sherry West
Sherry West began drawing as a young child and spent most of her free time in the children’ s section of the library pouring over every illustrated fairytale she could get her little hands on and drawing lots of princesses— with the desire to become a book illustrator. She just never figured on becoming an author, as well. She currently has several coloring books and children’ s books in the works, designs greeting cards and paper dolls, and creates hammered wire jewelry. Her artwork has appeared in printed publications and online. She is also a photographer whose work has been accepted by Getty Images, and is a current member of the Society of Children’ s Book Writers and Illustrators. Sherry currently resides in Peru, Indiana. Larkin Stephens-Avery knew she wanted to create art since she was a little girl. She struggled in the normal classroom setting because of her dyslexia but flourished in the art room. She is currently pursuing a major in Fine Arts and a minor in Environmental and Earth Science at Indiana University. She loves spending time with her family and friends and hanging out with her six pet chickens.
