Lisa Gay Nichols

<b>Lisa Gay Nichols</b> is a certified EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner. She specializes in helping moms find calm amidst the chaos of having an out-of-control teen. She founded Tapping Into Your True Self in 2018 and works with clients internationally by phone and Zoom. Lisa has an MS in agricultural journalism from the University of Wisconsin Madison (the only time she has lived outside of California). She currently resides in Concord, California, with her husband, daughter and three adorable cats.
