J.E. Neale

J. E. Neale, who was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II, was Astor Professor of English History at the University of London and the author of The Age of Catherine de Medici, The Elizabethan House of Commons, and Elizabeth I and Her Parliament. He died September, 1975.
