Cedella Marley
Cedella Marley—singer, dancer, fashion designer, actress, and entrepreneur—is the daughter of reggae singers Bob and Rita Marley and the mother of Skip Marley. She was born in 1967 in Kingston Bridge, Jamaica, and served as the vocalist for the Grammy Award–winning Ziggy Marley and the Melody Makers until the band disbanded in 2002. She is now the CEO of her father’s recording label, Tuff Gong International, and her bohemian-chic clothing collection, Catch A Fire; and the author of several successful children’s books. She also oversees her family’s charitable and merchandising organizations, always aspiring to spread love and joy and bring hearts together through music and more.
