Andrea Wildenthal Hanson

Andrea Wildenthal Hanson is a bestselling author, master certified mindset coach, speaker, and creator of <i>The Health Mindset Podcast</i>. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2000, Andrea shares her practice of incorporating the mind, body, and soul with everyday health. In addition to running multiple workshops and classes for organizations such as the National MS Society and the MS Association of America, she taught a series of classes for the MAPSS-MS (Memory, Attention, and Problem Solving Skills for Persons with MS) research project based at UT Austin. Her books, <i>Live Your Life, Not Your Diagnosis: How to Manage Stress and Live Well with Multiple Sclerosis and Stop Carrying the Weight of Your MS: The Art of Losing Weight, Healing Your Body</i> and <i>Soothing Your Multiple Sclerosis</i> empower people to become their own wellness hero. She teaches a customized and effective approach to health that includes life balance, mindset tune-ups, mind/body tools for nutrition, and stress management so that clients can create the life they’ ve always wanted. Andrea currently resides 5,000 feet up in the Rockies outside of Aspen, Colorado.
