Wake Up Little Susie

In the 1950s, there are too many lawyers in Black River Falls, Iowa. At first, this is a bad stroke of luck for Sam McCain, who finds himself in need of a job. He begins working as a private detective, doing odd jobs for a local judge. But this small town is not as peaceful as it seems. Black River Falls is experiencing the same turbulence as the rest of the nation, and before long, McCain has a series of murders on his hands.
