Wade Rouse is a USA Today– and international bestselling author of more than a dozen books, including nine novels under the pen name Viola Shipman, his grandmother’s name, and several memoirs. Rouse was a finalist for the 2011 Goodreads Choice Awards in Humor. His works have been selected multiple times as Must-Reads by the Today Show and chosen three times as Indie Next Picks by the nation’s independent booksellers. Rouse has been featured in the Washington Post, Time, All Things Considered, People, Good Housekeeping, Parade, Salon, and Forbes. He earned a BA from Drury University and a MA in journalism from Northwestern University. Rouse splits his time between Saugatuck, Michigan, and Palm Springs, California.
