Since being a MasterChef finalist in 2022, Sarah Rankin’s career has expanded from marketing to a new life as a food writer, chef demonstrator, recipe development specialist and private dining caterer. She regularly appears at food festivals, demos and shows, writes a monthly column the Courier’s Menu magazine and also contributes to other food and drink publications. She often contributes to the BBC Radio Scotland Morning Show.
