She has published eight young adult novels and has written frequently for <em>Seventeen</em>, <em>Teen</em>, <em>YM</em>, and <em>Cosmopolitan</em>. She is the author of <em>The New Mother's Body Book</em>, <em>Dream Doll</em>, and <em>Raising a Star</em>. </p>
