Hester Mundis is the author or coauthor of twenty-six books, including the bestselling Earl Mindell’s Vitamin Bible. Her articles have appeared in Ladies’ Home Journal, GQ, McCall’s, Cosmopolitan, Reader’s Digest, and Working Mother. A New York publishing veteran and stand-up comedienne, Hester Mundis is the former head writer for The Joan Rivers Show and a four-time Emmy nominee for Outstanding Achievement in Writing. She is listed in Who’s Who in the East, Who’s Who of American Women, Who’s Who in Entertainment, and Contemporary Authors, and holds a World’s Who’s Who of Women Certificate of Merit for Distinguished Achievement.
