Ching-He Huang
<p>Ching-He Huang was born in Taiwan, where she loved the age-old recipes of her farmer grandparents, and later moved to South Africa at age five and Britain at age eleven. After graduating with a first-class degree in economics, she pursued her passion for food and set up Fuge, a fresh salad company, and Tzu, a healthy drink company, before starring in two successful British cooking shows. She is the new face of Chinese cooking on Cooking Channel and the star of <em>Chinese Food Made Easy</em>, her first television show in the United States. She lives in London.</p>
