Magida is the author of <em>Prophet of Rage: A Life of Louis Farrakhan and His Nation.</em> A former contributing correspondent to PBS's <em>Religion & Ethics Newsweekly,</em> he has also been senior editor of the <em>Baltimore Jewish Times. </em>He is currently writer-in-residence at the University of Baltimore.</p>
